Had an slight defect with one of the bow ties which was retified extraordinary quickly. Received the bow tie next day. As I was buying multiple ties for the wedding; the multiple buy discount meant that I got the 'quality' at a reasonable cost when comparing to other tie companies. Would certainly recommend Tieroom!
