Tierooms service was good. I couldn't track my parcel and it wasn't delivered so I called and spoke to Niklaus who found out they had tried to deliver it at 7 in the morning but never rang the buzzer. He sent a new package out by Fedex and it arrived the next day. Well done Niklaus !
