I was coming under pressure to find some ties for the ushers at my wedding and finally I found ties r us who had one that looked very close to what I needed. I asked if they would send me a sample so I could be sure but they couldn't. Instead they offered to send the tie out for free and give me a full refund if it wasn't perfect. The tie arrived very quickly, it was exactly what I needed so I ordered the other 8 straight away. Great service, great product. I will buy again!
