Having checked your order, your confirmation email stated an estimated delivery window of Thursday, 18 June – Monday, 22 June. Royal Mail has also confirmed that your order was delivered on 19 June 2026, which was within the estimated delivery timeframe.
It may be that the free delivery service selected wasn't suitable for the date you needed the item. If the order was required by a specific date, our Next Working Day delivery option would have been the more appropriate choice.
