And if you shorten the band to fit a smaller neck, (as suggested) it makes it even more dificult to hook togerther.
I do wonder at times how the wonderful private scector full of entrpreneurial flair and bull-droppings can make such a mess of things---no wonder this country is in such an economic mess.

I've just come back from the lovely historic docks at Gloucester with the huge shopping mall; and can you find a restusrnat or cafe with a view of the water---of course you can't.
