Thank you for the order, which was for a Dusty Blue Satin Tie, the description states satin finish which by the nature of the material has a lovely shine to it. If you require a Tie with a matt finish i would advise a different material which we are more than willing to help, find for you.

The estimated delivery date provided at time of order was 10th April and that is the date DPD confirmed delivery. If you are placing an order late at night these are not being dispatched until the following day so always check the estimated delivery date provided on most websites.

As for our returns policy which is clearly stated I would recommend reading any companies returns policy before you make a purchase this will save any disappointment in future purchases.
