“Ordered a tie and hank and also an extra tie, which on line had same description and colour, just a standard tie rather than a skinny one. When they arrived, they were different colours, so unfortunately had to return at my cost.”

“Lovely Tie, good quality. But it arrived 7 days later than stated, so it wasn’t used for the wedding we intended it to be. We will be keeping it for future use as it’s a pain to return it.

“Ties arrived quickly and they are good quality. I ordered a few as wasn’t sure which colour to get so was always going to send some back. I would have given a 5 star rating however having to pay for returns was a bit of a let down. To send 2nd class registered being tracked was £6.99. That’s extortionate. So I did it without the tracking which was still £3.39 which is too much as the tie was only £7.99.”
