“I ordered the tie online. It was meant to be delivered by Royal Mail between Tuesday and Thursday. Thursday came- no tie. I emailed the sales team, I received a prompt reply advising a replacement would be sent and delivered the following day.

I needed this for a wedding and paid 10 days before, when there was 3 days left the tie & pocket square had not arrived. Rang up and explained it had been posted but not yet arrived. Gentlemen said “wait until 2pm to see if it’s royal mail, if it doesn’t arrive then we’ll send out another one with DPD for 24 hours so it’ll get to you before the wedding.”
