I found the ties that I purchased to be poor quality, I appreciate they were a budget price however I'll not be wearing them.

Your colour chart is not accurate. My tie came out to be a totally different colour. Not happy.

I only received half my order, I ordered a tie and pocket square but only the tie arrived, unfortunately I realised too late to do anything about it, stupid mistake on my part but also poor service

Hi Josh Tregunno Thank you for the order, i have just reviewed the CCTV of your order being processed on the 5th of June and can clearly see the tie and pocket squared added to parcel correctly. as I have yet to receive the goods it's rather impossible to rate your company. so for this, I give only 1 star. surely this survey should not be sent out until the goods have arrived.

Good morning, thank you for the order, international deliveries do take longer than domestic orders and the tracking information supplied to you does show the order has reached your local courier and is still within the estimated delivery times provided. I ordered a tie to wear to a wedding, I paid for next day delivery, this tie didn't arrive till over a week later, meaning it was useless for the wedding, and so I had to purchase another one from a more reliable source. Robin Gilderoy

The tie was not as expected. Not silk. Very thin and too long. Then to find that we needed to pay the return postage was absurd. We have to throw it away at our expense. Not happy !!

Hi Pauline Roberts Thank you for the order, we are a little confused about this review. If you read the description, it clearly states 100% Polyester, and we also provide the length 147cm which is the British standard tie length. Sorry you find it absurd that customers have to pay for returns, we do state this on the website too. Luckily, our customers appreciate our products as you can see from our reviews, I would always advise reading the product description and delivery and returns on a website before placing any orders. Returns policy is ridiculous! I find it shocking there is no returns label supplied and you have to incur further costs to return items, for such a large company this does not seem right and appears you get penalised if you decide to return any items

Hi Nurul Islam Thank you for the order, we don’t state on our website we offer free returns it clearly states it’s the customers responsibility to return orders. As a small family business in very tough trading conditions and we can’t afford to offer free return when we already offer free delivery on low value items. There is actually trend away from free returns from online retailers now due to the enormous cost of returns and environment reasons. I do know some of the very large companies that still offer a free returns label now put restrictions on customers accounts if return rate is above 10%. Have a nice day TiesRus

Orders sent via the free delivery option are not shipped via a tracked service, this information is also available on the delivery and returns info page. My tie arrived after my wedding, hence we have had to source another one on short notice. It is unreasonable that delivery takes many weeks.

Your item was delivered on 21-10-2020. Possibly you have got our company confused with another one, all couriers are experiencing delays in the network due to the present circumstances and customers need to consider this when choosing the appropriate delivery option and understand its not always the fault of the company you have placed an order with.
