Having changed my bridesmaids dresses multiple times and have a less conventional colour I was really worried about buying matching ties for the guys. I ordered what I thiught was the right colour, but when it came it wasn't. I contacted the team and sent them a picture of my dresses and they sent me some colour swatches to which they thought would be the right ones. They were 100% correct, I ordered the new colour, they came 2 days later and they match perfectly! Made the process much easier, less stressful and they were so helpful. Nothing was too much bother, I definitely recommend using their colour match service before trying to do it yourself, so so easy!!
