I bought a beautiful scarf/shawl for my nephew's wedding. I ordered it the weekend before the wedding and I had received it within two days. I missed out something in the online order and followed it up with another email which you acknowledged and answered immediately, and with a name which you don't always get with automated ordering.
The scarf was perfect for my outfit and kept me warm outside a very damp and cold registry office last Saturday.
