Excellent customer service, I ordered ties and bowties for my groomsmen and nephews and the bowties I had ordered were a different fabric so would have been a different colour and not matched, they emailed and advised me of this, asking if I wanted to change the ordered and refunded me the difference! I was so impressed by this.
