The customer service was brilliant! I sent an email asking which colours would be as closest match to my Chinese wedding dress (red) and they came back with two suggestions. I took the risk to order as I needed it quickly so didn't take up the option of a swatch. The responded very quickly to my emails as posted the order quickly too. Highly recommended
