I had a problem with Royal Mail and Tiesrus have been incredible. They were so quick to follow up my message when the ties hadn’t arrived and they went above and beyond to sort this out, and importantly to communicate with me what was happening and to reassure me. My son’s wedding is in 4 days and I was panicking, but all is now good and I can’t recommend Tiesrus enough. Thank you.
