Sent the wrong tie by accident. I telephoned pointing out the error at 11am and mentioned that I had a Graduation Ceremony to attend in two days. The nice chap on the end of the phone said don’t worry I will send you the tie today, it arrived 10.30am the next day. Brilliant service and the tie was excellent quality, what more can I say!!! Thanks
