The tile we received was lovely and arrived in perfect condition. I was however receiving emails from the sales team to tell me the tile was out of stock. The tile mentioned in the email was a different one to what I had ordered and even once I clarified this I was still told it was out of stock (and this was after the one I had ordered had arrived to me!)
