“The tile we received was lovely and arrived in perfect condition. I was however receiving emails from the sales team to tell me the tile was out of stock. The tile mentioned in the email was a different one to what I had ordered and even once I clarified this I was still told it was out of stock (and this was after the one I had ordered had arrived to me!)”

“Items meant to arrive within two working days but arrived nearly a week later, really messing up my renovation timeline. Ordered Tuesday morning and arrived the following Monday.”

Rarely and it is increasingly rarely, that there are times when delivery falls outside of these 2-4working days. For that we can only apologise.

“Placed order for Stontex Black Spot on 16th May delivery 1 to 2 days. Sent email no reply called Monday a week later told it was with DPD for delivery received no tracking info. Can't get through now. So no product that's paid for with delivery and asking for a review. If I had the product maybe I would be able to review it. Would hope someone will call me with an explanation to where it is and when will I get it. If not please refund me in full.”
