The tiles are absolutely beautiful- however- the packaging was completely ineffective. I had to contact customer services twice to get new boxes delivered because they hadn't bothered to put a little bit of packing in the box to keep the tiles tight, in order that they didn't clash into each other during transit. Twice I received boxes with almost every tile smashed to smithereens. At the same time I received some other coloured Zellige tiles, from a different manufacturer, that were in perfect condition because they had popped a small piece of polystyrene at one end to ensure the tiles were tight in the box. Even though I told them this,u Tiles 360 sent the last box on a palate and admittedly this worked but the extra expense and trouble they had to go to will surely put them out of business if they have to do this for every customer! They didn't quibble though, they just replaced them but it was heartbreaking to see their lovely product all broken and it delayed my tiling while waiting to receive the replacements.
