We arranged for a full damp survey and timber review through Timberwise. The surveyor that attended was very knowledgable and proceeded to make a very thorough examination of our home. We were then provided very promptly with a clear summary of the (fortunately minor) issues and the potential steps that could be taken to rectify them. Communication with Timberwise was very easy throughout - both over the telephone and via email which was very helpful, avoiding having to make phone calls while at work. We arranged for the work to be carried out and the contractor that attended was on time, pleasant, tidy and carried out the work as requested. We would definitely use Timberwise again.
