I had to have a last minute survey because my Home Report had expired. Time was of the essence as it was only a matter of days before the sale was supposed to concluded and the purchasers' lenders were getting twitchy. I was dismayed when the surveyor reported a small amount of woodworm in a small cupboard under the stairs. I was grateful to Timberwise for responding so soon. Their representative Forrest Hamilton phoned me to let me know when he would arrive, was pleasant and courteous. His impressive knowledge of the wee beastie in question was reassuring. Even more reassuring was the fact I didn' t have to fork out any more money for treatment as the guzzling creatures had long gone!
