A big thank you to surveyor Jack Cowan who inspected our property for a dry rot issue. Jack spent considerable time looking at the affected area and advised on the best way to deal with the issue. He was very reassuring, patient, and impartial. We are awaiting the results of the survey and quotation for repairs required, however, we feel very confident to use Timberwise as Jack was very professional and transparent.
