Customer service is amazing! Any time we've had any issues, there's always someone (pleasant) to help. Love the feature where the app reminds people to clock in or out and the language and tone of emails, even when they're automated. We find it really encourages our team to keep time effectively. Great that it integrates into our payroll and everyone from owner to accountant seems to be happy with it.
