After 3+ attempts, I've given up on this terribly unfair purchasing system, set up to favour those who can "game" it. No semblance of a fair purchasing queue. No question of prioritizing new purchasers.
At the end of the day, it's a genuine shame to see the Smiths brand end up with a custodian who simply lacks the character or skill to make them available to purchasers in a fair manner.
