Purchased a watch during one of their rare opening windows for the online store. The watch arrived reasonably quickly but developed a fault the second time I went to wear it. The automatic winding rotor was spinning when trying to wind (sticking reversing wheels) and was returned at my expense. As I sit here typing this is in now just under 9 weeks since it was returned and my request for an update seems to be failing on deaf ears. First and last time I will be dealing with this company. Unfortunately, owning several watches, it was outside of 30 days from arrival that I found the problem or I’d have have exercised my right to a full refund at that point.
