I visited the timpsons store front in Morriston supermarket in the gyle shopping centre Edinburgh today
I was looking to have new heals and new soles on my belstaff boots.
Stand in manager for today was no help whatsoever, every question was met with a big NO.
Can't do it have to send away cost you £100.
Back in November 2020 I brought another pair of belstaff boot for the same service and the manager did the job without a problem and cost £40.
Very disappointed with today visit.
