I want to report about refusing of service at one of your sites. It was Windsor Dedworth Tesco unit. I was refused to replace my battery on iPhone by your employee on 16:40 1st of October 2021. I ordered battery a week ago and got a phone call from you saying that it is arrived, and I could pop in anytime now. When I came today your guy told me that he never done this before and it will take him an hour to replace the battery and he does not have time to do this however it was 1 hour 20 minutes left to the COB. I asked him couple of times, but he refused to service me. I am not sure this is Timpson’s standard, and this is not my problem that your staff is not trained enough. It was the service your announced and you just lost money and a client. Please fix this and as for me I will never use Simpson again.
