Called in at Timpson Asda, Rotherham to have a battery fitted into my waterproof Timex watch. I was honestly expecting the cost to be a lot more than what I was charged, and when I was informed that the cost included a lifetime battery, I was really pleased and surprised. My watch was checked for waterproofing before any work was carried out, and again after a new battery was fitted. Ian was so pleasant and professional to talk to, and explained the full process in layman’s terms as he fitted the new battery. Very impressed by his attitude and dedication to his work over what is basically a cheap watch. Would have no problems in recommending Ian and TIMPSON to anyone.
