Good afternoon yesterday I went into Timpson Smithdown Rd Liverpool. There was an old lady in front of me who could hardly walk the gentleman behind the counter. I think his name is Will. Made the old lady feel special like it was his mother(but it wasn’t) I only got keys cut, but I will certainly be back with customer service like that. You can’t go wrong. What a lovely man.
