I initially took my shoes to be repaired elsewhere, but the work was poorly done. Desperate for a solution, I went to Timpson shop in Staines, hoping they could fix the mess. Jason undid the bad work from the other store and saved my shoes. He did a spotless job and was both friendly and professional throughout. I can't thank Jason enough!
