Took a pair of boots to Timpsons at Sainsbury's Burpham for heel and sole replacement. I was quoted £39.99! When I asked how much for just the heels it was £29.99. Being logical (I thought) I said I would just have the soles done as surely they would be £10. Nope, also £29.99. Frankly, the guy serving was totally disinterested, didn't look at me had no interest whatsoever. Having used this kiosk in the past for re-heeling and key cutting I was pretty disgusted after my last visit.
