Hinckley Sainsbury’s boot zip repair told 7 days called after 10 to be told 28 days I wouldn’t have bothered knowing this prior. Poor service from the chap on the phone “ what do you want me to about it” he was unprofessional and when I questioned the difference between 7 & 28 days he turned rather unfriendly as if it was my fault for the error!! Surely you receive the same training and know the difference between 7 and 28
I’m hoping to get my boots back and will never use Timpson again absolutely diabolical service & poor customer service.
