Used cutting machine in B& Q Greenwich. Took my money for 3 keys. screened preparing key blank, then screened can't cut your keys.
Called customer services, who said can't help & must email the issue. Emailed. Got a recept for the purchase, nothing else. Not automated response saying will deal with the issue. Terrible service. I will never use Timpson again.
