If I could put zero stars for the branch in Coventry Morrisons store I would.
Took in a pair of curtains to be cleaned. Collected them they had not been cleaned but now had brown lines all down them that look like scorch marks Took them back and was told they will re-clean them. Collected them again - they were still the same. Asked for a refund they refused, saying that they have cleaned them twice. Phoned their head office - they told me it's not their policy to refund unless a technical test proves they were at fault. To get this I would have to take them to be assessed. To cut as long story short it took four visits back and forth to finally get a refund and for my trouble they gave me £20. Absolutely no apology for ruining a pair of curtains that I now have to replace out of my own pocket.
The staff are really rude and have no idea what customer service means. Disgusted.
