I visited their Selborne Walk Walthamstow E17 branch to get a replacement battery for my G10 watch and was quoted the ridiculous price of £18.45 for such a small item,i know this as i went to a small store named Tick Tock in Stamford Hill N16 and was charged only £5.
The manager for Timpsons whom i was in communication with thinks it is acceptable to charge this price and says it is correct.
Guess which place of business will be getting my custom in future.
