We needed a series of a4 photos printed. When I opened them, they were too dark. Half of them were fit for the bin.
We had quite a bit of friction but the company did admit liability and offered to put anything right in the end.
While I would struggle to use their services for photos again, but I do accept that things do go wrong from time to time.
