Orders are shipped without tracking which is ridiculous it is just sent in an envelope like standard mail. When your package hasn’t arrived they advise they wait 2 weeks to deem it actually lost. So order your order well in advance if you’re wanting to make sure it gets here in time and who knows what happens next as I need labels for my daughter starting daycare but if they don’t arrive and they ship a new order it likely won’t arrive in time despite ordering at the start of September.
