I ordered a personalised name puzzle in mid November for a child’s Christmas present, it arrived only 3 days before Christmas and when it arrived the correct name was on the outer box however the puzzle inside was another child’s name! Luckily I noticed by checking the puzzle before gifting it! Needless to say my nephew is going without a Christmas gift and I’m sure ‘Astor’ is in the same boat.
