It has been 27 days since I ordered and I still don't have my product. First, it did not arrive by the expected arrival time (Dec 22), nor by Christmas. Second, when it finally did arrive at the parcelpoint location, I travelled there only to find the store was closed for holidays from Dec 22-Jan 3. Third, when I finally went on Jan 4, at 4:45pm, though the store was not meant to close until 5:30pm according to the business hours on their website, it was closed. This has all round been a terrible experience; I wish I could rate Tinyme lower than 1 star because I still don't have my order.
