I ordered a personalised diary only to discover a printing error with the details of another customer half way through. I have tried contacting Tiny Me via email but no one got back to me, so I tired calling them and the phone number just rings out and the chat function said they were too busy and to try emailing them. I've normally had very good service from Tiny Me in the past however I am frustrated I can't get I touch to try and sort out the error. I understand mistakes are made and am not annoyed by this but the lack of customer service is terrible and I am beyond frustrated.
