I ordered on 15/01/23 and paid for rush service. On 27/01 + 31/01 I contacted for help. I received a response on 02/01.
I was told just to keep waiting and eventually my items will show up.
I’m disappointed that after 20 days I still don’t have the items I paid express service for. The response from customer service was unhelpful. Not a good experience.
