Great products but I ordered stickers for my son's school books, and more than 2 weeks later my parcel still hadn't arrived. Had to purchase alternative as school had already started. Customer service just apologised and said my order hadn't been dispatched yet. No offer to resolve, just an apology for something that was time critical. I basically paid for stickers I no longer need
