Terrible customer service. Order was never received and the lack of urgency from this business to offer a refund/replacement order was unacceptable. Constant messages asking to check my mail, wait another week etc. Order was placed 4 weeks ago, I know postage could be delayed by a few days but weeks. Just look after your customers better
