When my puzzles arrived the cardboard containers were slightly dented, which was probably due to inadequate padding in the postage parcel. I also think the cardboard boxes the puzzles are in are not strong enough, perhaps look at a stronger container. Also, perhaps slightly larger so the puzzle could be placed directly into the container without having to break it up into smaller pieces.
