First lot of labels had 2 issues; 1. peeling as the glue had not adhered to the name label. 2. Those that had adhered I couldn't unpeel from the paper as the machine had not cut them correctly (even tried to cut with scissors). Spent many emails back and forth with customer service to resolve. After the 3rd round labels are as expected however given the slowly slowly approach (well replace one sheet at a time it took close to 3 weeks to get my original quantity back). Have bought in the past (twice before) without an issue.
