I purchased a puzzle for my friends newborn, when it arrived the box was damaged so I contacted Tinyme to send a new box and provided photos; they only sent the lid and not the base of the box; so I contacted Tinyme again and asked if a box could be sent ASAP and ensure it was packaged properly; a few days later I received the box and it was also damaged despite requesting it be flat packed and bubble wrapped/packed properly. I did receive a refund after I requested one but to be honest I don't plan to purchase from this site again.
