Order was processed very quickly, however, I was very dissapointed with the quality considering what I paid for he book.<br />I had expected the pages to be thicker and and the cover to be more substantial/ better quality.<br />It looks like a heap book I could have purchased anywhere. I ordered it because I wanted it to be 'special' for my Grandaughter's first birthday.<br />I would have preferred a 'hard cover' but did not see an option for one. Perhaps you should consider this option.
