the service itself is great the end product and new changes to the lunch packs are great. I have order at 3 different times and the third time the spelling was incorrect, I felt confident I had given the correct spelling but what was really disappointing was that I was only offered 30% off and would have been happier with 50% off so we were sharing the possibility of a mistake being made by either of us
