I ordered two wooden boxes with names on them. Even though the names were of the same length, the boxes were significantly different is size. I contacted the customer service to find a solutions and asked if I could have one of the boxes replaced. They said that they simply couldn't do it. It would have been nice to come to an agreement, but it was, unfortunately, impossible.
