The bag is beautiful, but the lunch bag was awkward and didn't easily stay attached to the front. We followed all the instructions and I also called customer support who were nice. The allocated spot for the drink bottle was very small and wouldn't fit any of our drink bottles (we tried 3 different ones). So my child now carries both the lunch bag and bottle inside her school bag which we were trying to avoid.
