I loved the quality of the puzzles, difficulty level and the customisation. However, I would suggest that the packaging be improved with something harder like a box for delivery. My colourful packaging looked squashed and terrible by the time it reached me. I felt bad reusing the box for my birthday gift to my niece and had to re-wrap it myself.
