Order had been lost twice and I have yet to receive my order . Whilst customer service is helpful, the lead time for response is not great . If Tinyme provides international shipping as well as charges for it , the courier they engage should be more reliable . Also , given an international customer base, their customer service should be more responsive. Whilst product ordering is easy , delivery and after sales is less than desirable.
